Founder & CEO, Cross Globe Marketing
Close to a decade in digital marketing and brand management — running teams, warehouses, and vendor relationships inside two established Jaipur brands — before she set out to build the agency she wished she'd been able to hire.
Before Cross Globe Marketing existed, Sakshi spent years inside the brands she now helps others grow — learning what actually moves revenue, and what doesn't.
Sakshi spent years as Brand Manager at Jaipur Kurti, a well-known ethnic-wear label, leading brand strategy, performance marketing, content planning, and influencer campaigns for the business. At its peak, the role meant managing a team of 25+ employees alongside warehouse operations and delivery partners, and handling vendor relationships directly rather than through layers of management — experience that shaped how she thinks about marketing as an operator, not just a strategist sitting outside the business.
Sakshi stepped away from her role at Jaipur Kurti around her wedding — closing one chapter before opening the next.
After marriage, she joined Baisa Crafts — a Jaipur-based ethnic-wear brand — again as Brand Manager, this time inside a leaner startup team. Rather than a large, layered organization, this role meant being closer to the ground: personally overseeing 10+ employees across warehouse operations, content creation, and vendor management, and building strong digital footprints for the brand across multiple platforms. She later stepped back from the full-time role when a family medical emergency needed her full attention.
Drawing on everything she'd learned managing brands, teams, and vendors from the inside, Sakshi founded Cross Globe Marketing — an agency built to close the gap she kept running into as a client herself.
Across her years in brand management, Sakshi worked with a number of marketing agencies from the client's side of the table — and saw the same pattern play out almost every time: big promises at onboarding, and very little of it actually delivered. By her own estimate, roughly 95% of the agencies she encountered fell into that gap.
That experience is the reason Cross Globe Marketing exists. Sakshi built it as the agency she wished she could have hired — one judged on the two things a business actually feels: real revenue growth and real brand visibility, not vanity metrics dressed up in a slide deck.
It's also why she leads from experience rather than theory. Having managed teams, warehouses, content, and vendors herself, she brings an operator's eye — not just a marketer's — to every client relationship.
Skills built across nearly a decade inside brand teams, not learned from the outside looking in.
Shaping how a brand is positioned and perceived, from messaging to visual identity.
Full-funnel digital marketing built to move real numbers, not just impressions.
Planning content and influencer collaborations that build genuine digital footprints.
Hands-on experience leading teams of 25+ and managing vendor relationships directly.
Rare for a marketer — direct experience running the operational side of a brand, not just its campaigns.
Building the content engine behind a brand's day-to-day digital presence.
Having run teams, warehouses, and vendor relationships herself, Sakshi approaches every Cross Globe Marketing engagement the way an operator would — asking what actually moves revenue inside a business, not just what looks good in a report.
Her own experience being let down by agencies as a client is why Cross Globe Marketing's engagements are built around two outcomes clients can actually feel: real revenue growth and real brand visibility — not vanity metrics.
Sakshi stays close to strategy and client relationships rather than handing accounts off entirely — a habit built from years of personally managing brand operations rather than delegating from a distance.
